By completing this registration you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.
Only scheduled passengers are allowed in the vehicle during behind-the-wheel instruction.
Scheduling may require the instructor and one student driver.The State of Minnesota will be notified if the student does not complete the classroom and/or behind-the-wheel training within one year of enrollment.
This agreement/contract constitutes an agreement/contract between the program and the student/parent and no verbal statements of promises will be recognized. $30 fee- no show or cancel less than 1 hour prior to appointment
REFUND POLICY: A decision to withdraw from BTW instruction must be communicated to the instructor prior to the first scheduled training day. Once BTW training has begun, no refunds will be issued.
